Brief Introduction to Dryer Machine:
Dryer machine is mainly used for drying materials with certain humidity or granularity in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemicals and other industries. Drying equipment has good adaptability to materials and it can be used for drying various materials; the equipment is simple and reliable to operate, so it is universally used.
Performance Characteristics of Drying Equipment:
Dryer machine is mainly composed of rotary body, lifting plate, transmission device, supporting device and seal component. This new drying machine uses new lifting plate and has functions of guiding, current sharing, shedding, etc., which can scatter materials in the dryer body uniformly, so the materials can contact hot air completely and achieve the objective of full use of the thermal energy. Our dryer has reasonable operating parameters, and its coal and power consumption is generally 10-15% lower than that of general dryer, and the output is increased more than 10-15% of that of general dryer, so it has been widely used in cement and mineral processing enterprises.
Working Principle of our Dryers:
First, the materials that are prepared to be dried are sent by the conveying equipment to the hopper, and the feeding machine inside the hopper will send the materials to the feeding end from which the materials will go into the dryer machine. The drum of the dryer machine slightly inclines upward, and the materials go into the drum from the higher end, and at the same time the heating media will go in the drum from the other end and form backward contact with the materials. Since the drum is slightly slant, the materials will be dried indirectly or directly by the heating media during the moving process, and then the dried materials will be sent from the discharging end. At the same time, inside the drum there is equipped with shoveling plate which will shovel the materials and then put them down. In this process, since the contact surface of the materials and the air flow increases, the drying efficiency will be improved.
