Brief introduction to high pressure grinding mill
High pressure grinding mill is suitable for high fine milling processing of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Mohs hardness less than 9.3 and humidity below 6% such as barite, limestone, ceramic, slag; its finished product size ranges within 80-425 mesh. If equip with special device inside the machine, it can produce coarse powder with 30-80 mesh.
Performance characteristics of barite grinding mill
1. Three-dimensional structure, small footprint, complete sets; it forms independent production system from block materials to finished powder.
2. The fineness of finished power is even with rate of passing sieve 99%, which is other milling equipment cannot compare with.
3. Machine transmission device adopts enclosed gear box and belt wheel with smooth transmission and reliable operation.
4. Important parts are all made of high quality steel and high-performance wear-resistant materials, so that the whole machine has high wear-resisting performance and reliable operation.
5. The electrical system adopts centralized control, milling workshop basically achieve unattended operation with convenient maintenance.
Working principle of dolomite grinding mill
Inside the host of high pressure grinding mill, a high pressure spring with 1000-1000 kg pressure is tightened on roller hanger.
In the working process, grinder roll rotates around principal axis, and appresses the ring rolling under the effects of high pressure spring and centrifugal force so that its pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of Raymond mill under the condition of same power.
When the materials to be ground enter into grinding chamber, they are scooped up by shovel knife and sent between grinding roller and grinding ring for grinding, then powders are taken in analytical engine along with the recirculating air; qualified fine powders flow into whirlwind powder collector along with the gas and become finished product, meanwhile, large particle materials fall back for re-grinding.

Note
1.In working process, all doors must be completely closed. Set appropriate lighting device in the upper and lower sections as well as inspection door. If it happens failure while working process, please stop machine immediately to eliminate faults. If defect cannot be immediately eliminated, but without great impact on the work, operator should keep record.
2. Operator should frequently check the working state of various parts, but any cleaning and repair is absolutely prohibited carrying out in operation process of the machine. Spiral tensioning device in lower sector should be adjusted to keep it normally work.
3. High pressure grinding mill must start up under no-load condition and stop after unloading materials.
